Come discuss over dinner with Zara Stone, the author of a new book, Killer Looks: The Forgotten History of Plastic Surgery in Prisons

Zara Stone is a SF-based journalist who reports on the intersection of technology, culture, and social justice. Her areas of specialty include women in STEM, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, appearance bias, and the prison industrial complex.  Stone’s reporting has appeared in The Wall Street JournalForbes, The AtlanticThe Washington Post, and other places.  She has a master's degree in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
