Spilling the Blood of a Silicon Valley Unicorn

We are pleased to announce that Stanford’s CS+Social Good and The McCoy Family Center for Ethics in Society have partnered up to host an exciting conversation with Tyler Shultz (Stanford, ’13) and Erika Cheung (UC Berkeley, ’13), the influential whistleblowers who exposed Theranos.

The saga of Theranos, the biotechnology company founded by former Stanford student Elizabeth Holmes, continues to capture the attention of the nation, as reports and a book by John Carryrou at the Wall Street Journal continue to document and reveal the shocking practices of a now dissolved company.

Join us as these two whistleblowers recount the challenges they faced and the lessons they learned as they exposed one of Silicon’s Valley’s most promising biotechnology startup companies.

RSVPs are no longer being accepted for this event.
