First of two discussion seminars

The Tanner Lecture Series consists of two lectures and two discussion seminars. The overall theme of this year's lectures is: "The 'Cost Disease' in Higher Education." Today's seminar focuses on the issues raised in the first lecture, "The Productivity Problem in Higher Education"
