Aliyah Lipsky

Aliyah (she/her) is a junior from Seattle, WA studying Science, Technology, & Society and minoring in Spanish. She is passionate about how responsible technologies and ethical AI can be used to concretely help marginalized communities, specifically communities of color. With experience in child abuse education and prevention, psychology research focused on trauma, and marketing surrounding sleep and mental health, she hopes to turn her focus towards AI’s role in social change and social justice. Outside of class, she is a campus tour guide, a member of BLACKstage, an amateur DJ, and loves to explore new surf spots and hikes.
