Angela Nguyen

Angela is a computer science major from St. Paul, Minnesota eager about combining technology, ethics, and diversity. Her personal, professional, and academic experiences have guided her goals to ensure that technological advancements are created with marginalized communities in mind, while bridging the gap between technical and non-technical spaces. She currently serves as the student assistant of Ethics, Society, and Technology Initiatives, a Mozilla Student Ambassador, the engineering lead of a Stanford HAI Affinity Group: AmpliFLI (for first-generation and low-income students), and is rebuilding Stanford's Public Interest Technology Lab. In her free time, she enjoys making matcha, 3D modeling, and exercising!
