Ashwin Prabu

Ashwin (he/him) is a junior from Ashburn, Virginia pursuing a major in Data Science and Social Systems and a minor in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity. His interests lie at the intersection of technology, law, and social justice. Ashwin sees the potential for data science and technology to address complex social and legal problems and empower marginalized communities. Ashwin has been trained by Stanford’s Office of Inclusion, Belonging, and Intergroup Communication (IBIC) to be a professional Equity and Inclusion specialist and is excited to apply those facilitation skills to improve the inclusivity and equity of AI products. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, meditating, and making vegan food!
