Bruria Friedman Feldman

Bruria Friedman Feldman is a J.S.D. Candidate at Stanford Law School, a Graduate Fellow at the McCoy Family Center for Ethics in Society, a Graduate Fellow at Stanford’s Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) Center, and a Research Fellow at the Chief Justice Meir Shamgar Center for Digital Law and Innovation at Tel Aviv University. Her research examines the ethical and legal frameworks governing cyber operations, focusing on just war theory, responsible conduct in cyberspace, and disparities in digital rights such as corporate and public responsibility of tech companies towards users as the inequities in access to the internet.

Previously, Bruria served as the first Senior Lead on Ethics Policy for cyber operations, where she was responsible for drafting operational norms for responsible cyber conduct. She holds an LL.B. and LL.M. (Summa Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University, as well as a J.S.M. from Stanford, where her thesis on disparities in internet access was awarded honors distinction.
