Hadar David Headshot

Hadar is a second-year JSD candidate at Stanford Law School. His research explores the intersection of law, philosophy, and the biosciences, with a particular focus on ethics and regulatory approaches to genetic technologies. His current projects examine genetic engineering in agriculture and biological preservation, the ethical questions these technologies raise, and how (and whether) the law should incorporate such ethical considerations into legal frameworks. Prior to the JSD, Hadar earned a JSM from Stanford and an LLB from Tel Aviv University. He also holds an MPhil from Bar-Ilan University, where he is currently a PhD candidate in philosophy.
