Hannah Cha

Hannah (she/her) is a junior majoring in Symbolic Systems with a concentration in Human-Computer Interaction, and minoring in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity and Art Practice. A Korean-American who grew up in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, she is passionate about making responsible and inclusive AI technologies and uplifting marginalized voices in tech. She is also interested in critically analyzing algorithms that may be recreating existing biases and hierarchies. Outside of class, she loves doing graphic design, coded artwork, 2d animations, and making matcha lattes!
