Lalitha Jonnalagadda is a seasoned product leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience driving digital innovation and delivering impactful solutions. Currently, she leads product and service delivery at the General Services Administration (GSA), where she champions user-centered approaches to serve the public. In her previous role at 18F, she led high-performing product teams and product managers, delivering transformative solutions for federal agencies. Notable achievements include the development and launch of the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Reporting Portal and spearheading Login.gov’s In-Person Proofing pilot and nationwide expansion in partnership with USPS, scaling the service to over 18,000 post offices.
Prior to her work in civic technology, Lalitha honed her expertise developing digital products for global organizations such as UNICEF and IEEE, as well as leading innovation in private-sector industries including digital advertising, recruitment optimization, and logistics management.
