Leo is a second-year JSD candidate at Stanford Law School. His research explores the intersection of legal technology, access to justice, and judicial behaviors. His ongoing project focuses on the law and ethics of judicial data governance. That is, how courts collect, disclose, disseminate, and use judicial data in order to promote a more accessible, accountable, and equitable justice system. Prior to the JSD, Leo obtained a JSM from Stanford, an LLM from UPenn, and an LLB from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
