Sabrina is a proud first-generation Vietnamese American whose interests blend literature and advocacy. She has helped to uplift Vietnamese diasporic writers and artists through her work with the online journal diaCRITICS and was instrumental in developing a cross-racial solidarity curriculum for the AAPI student wellness-focused organization +Collected. Previously, Sabrina was the Marketing and Sales Assistant at Stanford University Press, where she focused on building impactful relationships with authors and bookstores across the country and pioneered extended direct-to-customer outreach efforts. Currently, Sabrina serves as Program Lead for the Stanford Asian Staff Forum for which she implements new and creative programming to celebrate and engage with Asian American staff across Stanford campuses.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and East Asian Studies from Mount Holyoke College with particular interests in yellow feminism and racial capitalism. To reenergize herself, she likes tending her idyllic virtual farm, experimenting with various chia seed pudding recipes, and watching too many video essays that run the gamut of social commentary, fashion, and popular culture.
