Sheryl Chen

Sheryl is a Computer Science major and Comparative Literature minor, and is from Menlo Park, California. She is interested in counterfactual information and using data for social good. As a research assistant in the MS&E department, she’s building software to display national organ transplant data and improve patient outcomes. Sheryl is also highly interested in educational equality and improving public schools, especially STEM education. Sheryl also coaches debate at Menlo School and has a passion for journalism, which has lead her to writing for Chapter One Venture’s tech publication ‘New Internet’.
