Tomás Guarna

Tomás is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Communication. His research focuses on the changing relations between governments, technology companies, and civil society that guide the role of technology in our civic life. Before Stanford, he earned his B.A. in Social Sciences from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and his S.M. in Comparative Media Studies from MIT. He is a Knight-Hennessy Scholar.
