Student Opportunities

The McCoy Family Center for Ethics in Society aims to have undergraduate and graduate students apply the skills of ethical reflection they learn in the classroom to address real-world problems in the technology industry and connected fields. Bridging engagement with ethics inside and outside the classroom, the Ethics, Society, and Technology Initiatives offer opportunities, including internships and other forms of experiential learning, that provide insight into the complexity of applying ethical frameworks to the design, development, and regulation of technology.
